Shipments, returns and exchanges

Shipping

Shipments are handled by GLS express courier for Italy and for international destinations from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Delivery times are 3 working days within Italy and 2-7 working days internationally, starting 24 hours after order registration.

If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier will contact the customer by phone to schedule a second delivery attempt.

Shipping is free for orders over €50.

Returns

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 7 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, please notify us BY EMAIL OR WHATSAPP AT 3427256203, and send the product back via registered mail. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The product must be returned in its original, intact condition, with original labels and carefully packaged.
