Shipments, returns and exchanges

Shipping

Shipments are handled by GLS express courier for Italy and for international destinations from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Delivery times are 3 working days within Italy and 2-7 working days internationally, starting 24 hours after order registration.

If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier will contact the customer by phone to schedule a second delivery attempt.

Shipping is free for orders over €50.

Returns

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 7 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, please notify us BY EMAIL OR WHATSAPP AT 3427256203, and send the product back via registered mail. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
